I woke up with my right hand completely numb. I thought it was dead at first and I would need to go to the ER, but after trying to move my fingers the arm started working again.  Real scary. 

Day 6

 Didn't weigh in the morning. At night 182.6.

Day 4

 I lied lol. Started on Tuesday January 18. I believe

18 - 190.6

19 - 188.4

20 - 187.6

21 - 186.4

I can do this 😁😁😁😁

Day 1

 Starting today.  I promise I will be committed.  It doesn't matter that it's the holidays! 193.2 starting weight.
